Product Description
Electric mixer manufactured, I believe from my research, sometime between the late 1920s and the 1950s. The bottom has the Hazel - Atlas Glass Company logo with the numbers 751 under it.
This old electric mixer works very well. Strong and fast. It has an opening in the top to add food and a pause lever so you can add the food without having to unplug the mixer.
The ribs you see on the depression glass bowl are actually measuring marks, marking off ounces. One side of the bowl shows the ounce markings 12,10,8,6,4 and 2. The bowl itself measures 3 inches round by 4-5/8 inches round at the top.
As you can see from the photos there is some paint loss and surface rust. To me this just adds to the vintage charm of the item. Bonus is that it works so well. There are a couple of surface scratches in the glass that can hardly be felt from the outside and cannot be felt at all from the inside.
